Donny and Danny are a beautiful unique pair of Clydesdale geldings. They are in the prime of their life and have done so much. These gentle giants have done most ranch tasks and are not afraid of hard work. They have pulled the manure spreader, harrowed fields, pulled a grinder mixer and hauled hay etc. on our ranch in eastern Montana. This handsome team are extremely well trained and work well off of voice commands and light line pressure. They can maneuver and back into tight spots effortlessly! These boys have also been used for public events such as parades, weddings and Christmas events. They are traffic safe and enjoy being the center of attention. if you are searching for the cowboy kind then look no further. Ty has the perfect blend of cattiness and quickness from his QH heritage with the kick of extra power, foot and bone from the Percheron blood. Once you take in his stunning looks, you will notice his near perfect conformation. The first to greet you in the pasture, he will follow you around like a puppy. He has a nice neck rein and moves off leg and seat pressure. He is comfortable in the arena or out in the wide open. He collects well in the arena, lopes a nice tight circle and has been started on the roping dummy. Flint is flashy and fancy! He has a ground covering walk, a nice long strided trot and a comfortable lope. He side passes, takes up both leads and will open and close gates. We have used him all over the ranch and thrown a rope off him. He has also seen arena time and will collect up nicley and lope some nice tight circles. He has a BIG stop! Hays is a draft cross gelding with an athletic build and the most gorgeous blonde looks. The golden boy was not only born with the looks, but the kind of steady mind that allows him to be successful in any new situation or discipline. He is gentle on the ground with very nice manners. He is confident in the saddle and knows how to move his body around nicely. He already has quite a nice stop and neck reins, side passes and backs with ease. He will W/T/C circles all day without complaint and will do anything you ask. He loves attention and is always at the fence looking for snuggles and connection. He is broke to ride Western or English. He will ride in a snaffle on the buckle or in a halter bareback. He is soft and supple. We do not typically train younger horses on jumps but we do allow them to experience them to test willingness. Hays loved it. He has a natural aptitude and enthusiasm for it. He has an excellent future in fox hunting or hunter/jumper. At the ranch and on the trails, Hays is quiet and takes things in stride, crossing water and logs without hesitation. He stands to bathe, shoe and mount and loads in a trailer like a dream. He handles tarps and training toool like he has been doing it for decades. He dos not bat an eye at anything new.
